Job Description(This is an outbound sales position with the compensation based on an hourly rate plus commission and/ or bonus)Call existing customers.Sell and/ or renew products and services.Up sell on current services.Obtain salary sales goals.Meet weekly/monthly sales goals. Maintain compliance and confidentiality within scope of responsibilities. Provide client recording/ monitoring sessions Qualifications0-1 year experience in Telemarketing/ Sales preferably in an aggressive sales environment.Knowledge of smart phones and tablets (capabilities, functions, etc.)Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Bilingual preferred but not required.Must be 18 yrs. or older and posses a H.S Diploma.OTHER:Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.Must be goal oriented and self motivated.Ability to sit for extended periods of time while on the phone and computer.Must possess auditory, verbal and visual capabilities in order to adequately communicate via phone.Must be able to work and concentrate in a call center environment.Additional InformationDISCLAIMER:Must complete successful background screening, which includes criminal and drug screening.
